The Delta Eta Sigma Alumnae Chapter  in Kansas City, KS was originally chartered on September 19, 1973 by six phenomenal Sorors:

• Gertrude Hobby
• Betty Holt
• Beatrice Slaughter
• Beverly Wagner
• Wadie L. Wagner

Our chapter was reactivated on November 30, 2009. Six extraordinary women reactivated the chapter:

• Dr. Stacy Yeager-Okosi
• LaShana McGee
• Danitra Hayes
• Windy Peterson (Omega Rho)
• Chastity Richmond
• Aketia Seymour 

Our chapter actively works within the Kansas City, KS, community and surrounding areas. We are an active member of the Kansas City National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC-KC) and participate in various forms of community service. 

Our chapter currently has all affiliate groups that partner with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated Nationally. See tab under about us for more information.
