The Delta Eta Sigma Alumnae Chapter in Kansas City, KS was originally chartered on September 19, 1973 by six phenomenal Sorors:

- Betty Holt
- Beatrice Slaughter
- Beverly Wagner
- Wadie L. Wagner
Our chapter was reactivated on November 30, 2009. Six extraordinary women reactivated the chapter:
- Dr. Stacy Yeager-Okosi
- LaShana McGee
- Danitra Hayes
- Windy Peterson (Omega Rho)
- Chastity Richmond
- Aketia Seymour
Our chapter actively works within the Kansas City, KS, community and surrounding areas. We are an active member of the Kansas City National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC-KC) and participate in various forms of community service.
